Digital download policy

Sprout & Nest products are digital files delivered electronically. Because digital downloads cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are generally final.

When we can help

  • If you purchased the same product twice by mistake.
  • If the file is damaged, missing, or cannot be accessed.
  • If you received the wrong digital file.
  • If there is a technical issue we cannot reasonably resolve.
